I think you know very well different ways to obtain useful traffic to your blog/site. This includes Press Release Submission, RSS submission, article submission, directory submission, link exchange etc. Now I do want to expose what are the best ways to get quick and a lot of traffic to a blog or websites. By following the methods, you can easily get more visitors to your site.

Blogging and Social Bookmarking

The top most way to earn useful traffic to your blog is submitting a new blogpost to at least 50 popular social bookmarking sites. (DIGG, DIGGO, PROPELLER, DELICIOUS, ETC). I am using ping.fm for this service. Here you can create an account and subscribe to different social bookmarking networks like twitter, plurk, diggo, etc. In one click you can submit your new post to at least 15 SB sites.

Craigslist Posting

Although this is black hat technique, using a poster software and remote computer, you can generate a lot of posts daily. If possible get a free lancer to do manual posting in a day in craiglist to get easy exposure of your blog.

Blog Flipping

Flipping websites is an ethical way of making some income and I really enjoy doing it. Nowadays so many blogmasters are seeking for joint ventures in this method of blog/site flipping. You can make great money by flipping sites/blogs.

Forum Posts

Making posts in your blog/site related forums can bring you almost instant traffic. My second best traffic for this blog is from Digitalpoint forums (My Profile name is kittyluver). Even this forum shows my recent post near my name to get ready-made traffic to my blog. If you have been identified as a spammer, you’ll be banned instantaneously. Regularly do visit this forum and work hard to become a member of the community.

Blog Comments

You can get more traffic when you comment in other’s blog atleast ten per day. Over commenting in different blogs will lead to spam the search engines. I have known a blogger who commented 100 comments daily continually for 10 days. Google placed his blog in sand box. Still he couldn’t bring it out. This should not happened to you. some of the blogs are allowing to place you in the “Top Commentators” list as well as show up your last blog post by means of comment luv plug-in. Search out such blogs and post slowly and steadily because slow and steady not only win the race but also make money online.
