So, you know very well about keywords, but what you may not have used is the idea of long tail keyword. The long tail keyword is nothing but a chain of keywords or chain of words.

For example, “money” and “blog” are different keywords, but if you want to make a long tail keyword, it would be “money making blog”, or “make money blogging”. Even “money blog” is a perfect choice.

There are two benefits of using long tail keyword. They are-

1) You can get more keywords per post. E.g. “Make money blogging” not only a keyword but also contains various keyword- “make”, “make money”, “blog”, and “blogging”.

2) Long tail keyword will help you to make specific posts. If a person tries to search the term “make money”, he can get results right from home-based business to lottery tickets. If a visitor searches the term make money blogging, he will land on your BLOG- Make money blogging.
