When time is money and you could be using it for bigger and better things outsourcing projects can become a huge tool to utilize. The basic idea behind outsourcing work is that you get paid $XX amount to complete a project. You then go and hire someone to complete the project for $X amount of dollars and your left with your $X amount of profit. Finding people to work for remarkably low rates is easy on the internet since many people from poorer countries will work for a lot less then someone from the US or Canada. You will assume the role of a service buyer on two of the websites and on the other two websites you will be a service seller. So once you’re registered and situated on the websites to the point where you can make threads and post on threads it is time to start making money.

The first thing you do is go on the two websites in which you are playing the role of a service seller. Offer your services and find some jobs. You can find jobs paying in a wide assortment of price ranges, but this will play to our advantage. Collect a few jobs to start off with and exchange details and confirmations with the buyer. Once you have confirmation it is time to go on the other two websites in which you are a service buyer. You will need to make a thread looking for someone to complete the project or you can look through the threads looking for someone capable of doing the project and at a cheap rate.

For example say on Guru.com you find a job writing articles for $10 per 500 words. Instead of writing the articles for $10 and using up all your time, you will head over to the digital point forums and locate a writer who will write the articles for $3-$5 per 500 words. This means that each article you get assigned to write you will be making $5-$7 per article for doing nothing except being the middleman.

Another great way to gain exposure and also outsourcing projects is through classified ads like craigslist and kijiji. You can find lots of jobs through these classified ads networks and you would be able to run a business from just utilizing these. You could also develop this into a full time off line business. Once you have the resources set-up you will only need to spend a few hours a day online making sure things run smoothly. You will first want to hire a couple freelancers too find you projects, and then also have another team of people to complete the projects for you at reasonably cheap rates. The idea here is too hire people who will bid on a lot of jobs because the more jobs you receive the more money the business will make.

If you are able to bid on 100 projects a day at a profit of $5-$7 per project then you would be making $500-$700 a day, which means $3500-$4900 a week. Now you can see how you can easily be earning up to $5000 a week with a very simple method of outsourcing. This can be done by anyone with a computer and internet connection. Now if you don’t have time to do this full time then you could even do 10 projects a day and earn $50-$70 a day for only roughly an hour of work. The possibilities are endless with this opportunity as well because there is always somebody looking for some service too be completed.

Outsourcing projects in this magnitude can become stressful and confusing very easily.

If you organize all your projects using the simple excel spreadsheet you will make your business run a lot more smoothly and you will save time in the long run. It always gets hard to keep track of what projects are due once you start receiving over 20 a day.

There are also many projects which could earn you profits in the $20-$100 range and it could take a matter of ten minutes to set-up and have going. If you aren’t already associated with the websites listed above then you are missing out on huge earning potential. Outsourcing has always been used by the big boy companies but now its time for everyone to start taking advantage of the same method.
